The project of the South-East Finland-Russia CBC 2014-2020 programme

The project is funded by the European Union, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Finland.
Russian-Finnish Life Science Park is a large
infrastructure project implemented within the
framework of South-East Finland – Russia CBC
Programme 2014-2020.
The project fosters internationalization, as
well as cooperation between small and
medium-sized enterprises in Russia and
Finland in the R&D sphere by training
specialists, providing consulting services,
finding partners, providing information
support, implementing pilot projects and
research in the life sciences sector.
To contribute to the economic development and global competitiveness of Finland and Russia by positioning the cross-border region as an emerging life science destination
Beneficiaries and target groups
Project target groups in Russia and Finland:
- Small and medium-sized enterprises;
- Life science clusters in Finland and Russia;
- Scientific and educational institutions.
